Idea: Indian Souvenir is an idea that offers unique and authentic souvenirs to people visiting India for the first time. Our goal is to provide something more than just a generic souvenir but to capture the true essence of India.
Concept: India is a country that is known for its diverse culture, ethnicity, and flavorful spices. With Indian Souvenir, we aim to celebrate this uniqueness by featuring generations of recipes that have been passed down through women in families. These recipes are often inspired by great-grandmothers, grandmothers, mothers, and daughters, and our idea is to present them as souvenirs for tourists to take back home and relish. By doing this, we also want to recognize and honour the women who have carried forward these generational recipes and their role in preserving the authenticity of Indian cuisine globally.
